Inside Sales Representative / Showroom Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative and/or Showroom Sales Coordinator to join our team at SCM Roofing Inc. As part of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our product offerings, and closing sales in our showroom

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers into our showroom, providing a warm and friendly experience
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable roofing solutions
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products, leveraging product knowledge to build trust and confidence with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience
- Effectively close sales and process customer orders, ensuring a seamless transaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support each other's success What we're looking for
What we're looking for
- At least a graduate preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Sales experience, preferably in the building materials, roofing or home improvement industry
- Ability to work and thrive under pressure
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willingness to learn
Estimator
Job Highlights:

- Non-board are welcome; must be experienced in Auto Cad
- Performance Bonus
- 13th Month Salary
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Graduate of Engineering or Architectural course and have knowledge on estimation and details of roofing industry. Non-board are welcome
- Must be experienced in Auto Cad
- Prepare cost estimates, drawings and details for client's approval.
- Provide bill of materials and detailed drawings for production orders.
- Attend job site meetings and can execute estimation onsite.
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide status updates.
- Face to face interview is required, and will perform actual CAD operation
- Must be quality and detail-oriented
